Returns

Your satisfaction is our goal.

If for any reason you don’t like the product you ordered, please contact a Store Manager at 817-448-9920 or info@babyonce.com to let us know about your problem. Upon approval of your request by the Store Manager, an RMA number will be issued. Please include the RMA number in large print on the outside of the shipping box that you return your item in.

We must receive the unused product in its original condition with all original packing materials and tags within 30 days of delivery to you. The item must be received by us in the same condition is was in when we sent it to you. If the item has been used, worn, washed, or is not in its new, original condition (left in the rain, smells like smoke or has any other odor, etc.), it will not be eligible for a refund. Please mark the outside of the shipping box with the RMA number assigned by Customer Service.

Personalized products cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Diaper covers cannot be returned.

Pettiskirts and matching tanks are returnable only under special conditions. They must not have been worn - even for a short time, for a special event or photo-shoot. They must be delivered to Baby Once within 5 days of receipt by customer. A 25% restocking fee applies. Please contact Baby Once for an RMA number and return instructions.

Shipping charges are not refundable and charges for return shipping are your responsibility. If your order was shipped to you free of charge, the outgoing shipping & handling charge will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us at info@babyonce.com as soon as possible. Once your order ships we will not be able to refund shipping charges.
