Orders are processed 7 days a week. In stock merchandise is shipped by USPS mail with delivery confirmation. Non-personalized items usually ship in 1 business day. Items that are backordered or out-of-stock usually ship in 7-10 days, depending on the item ordered. Personalized items ship in 5-7 days, depending on the item ordered. Once the order is marked by USPS as "delivered", it is your responsibility, and we will not be able to assist further in tracking or providing refunds for a lost package.
