Shipping Policy

We promise to pack your order with care and ship it promptly!

In stock merchandise is shipped by USPS mail with delivery confirmation from Fort Worth, TX 76108. Non-personalized items usually ship in 1 business day. Items that are backordered or out-of-stock usually ship in 7-10 days, depending on the item ordered. Personalized items ship in 5-7 days, depending on the item ordered. Once a package is received by USPS, we cannot make any changes, speed up delivery, replace or refund a lost or mis-routed package, or retrieve a package. In the unusual event that a package is lost or mis-routed by USPS, we will be glad to assist by contacting USPS to request that they trace the package. Once the package is marked as "delivered" by USPS, it is your responsibility, and we will not be able to assist further in tracking or providing refunds for a lost package. If your package is needed for a special event, please be sure to order in plenty of time and check on delivery in advance of the date of your event. We do not guarantee delivery by any specific date. Any free shipping offer based on the order total refers to the total price of the merchandise, before shipping charges or sales tax are added. For example, if free shipping for orders over $75 is offered, the merchandise purchased must total $75 for free shipping to apply. The shopping cart will display the available shipping services and charges. If you want free shipping, please select the shipping service with a charge of $0. If you select another class of shipping with a charge greater than $0, you will be charged that amount for shipping.
